Insert Request implemented #35

The insert request is working now as expected. And there was a minor change made in the saathi.sql file which allowed the supplier id field of the requests table to be null, So kindly update your databases accordingly.

@kartikgupta0909 You have included files in your commit that are not required. Just update your commit with only the files that you have changed and the ones that are required.

I am closing this as this is same as #36.
