Use picamera question #121

Does the picamera option mean too use or not to use the spi connector can i have the option off and use a webcam with USB?

Well do I need to do anything else except turn usepicamera off and plug in USB webcam because it's not recognizing me. How can i truble shoot

Turn out the face reco was still using the picamera even though the picamera option was set too 0 so i unplugged the camera and restarted magicmirror but then I get this error Screenshot_20221227_182040_Chrome A quick Google search of the error say's that it's not finding any input from the camera so I'm guessing it's still trying too access the picamera even though it's unplugged and im trying too tell it too use the USB camera.

Oh shit nvm i just had too reboot the pi and everything worked. With the USB camera i can have it behind the mirror but it's still very dark is there any way to make the image brighter
