The simple waterfall visual works on a report but doesn't work on Power BI App

A Power BI Visual that allows users to create simple waterfall charts just by using measures. The standard waterfall chart isn't design to create multi step waterfall and requires the underlying data to be in a particular layout. You can create multi step waterfall. This is very useful in Finance report where you need to create causal reports.

we're facing a weird issue where the simple waterfall visual works on a report but doesn't work on Power BI App. Anybody facing the same? Any help would be much appreciated!

Was this working before or is it the first time you are trying?

Also, when you say it is not working what do you mean
