Program crashes immediately on launch under windows 7 #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. program installed
2. user name and password entered into setup screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the icon to remain in the bottom right and monitor and sync to 
outlook, instead the program just stops responding and crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

using the latest download (0.9.1 I think) on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
