GCS Google-> Outlook doesn't sync some phone numbers and notes #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Syncyng from Google to Outlook
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to find all the contacts information on Outlook address book.  
After the sync, some imported contacts haven't the phone number on Outlook 
even if they have it on Google. The sync didn't import the Notes field for 
every contact

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gcs 0.9.1.0 on Windows Vista Business Italian, Outlook 2007 Italian

Please provide any additional information below.
About the phone field, I thought that Outlook couldn't recognize some phone 
types (work,home, etc, in italian: Ufficio, Casa, Lavoro, Privato, etc) but 
it wasn't, because some contacts are correctly imported and some others 
not. About the Notes field, gcs couldn't import any.

I get exactly the same behaviour with the notes. They do not sync at all.
