Allow AUTOMATIC Activation of New Client Accounts #232

Hi! Using latest version r375. Would like to automate operations as much as 
possible and allow clients to upload files right away. I'm not familiar with 
PHP at all, but I've tried looking for the change to make.

Can we please allow client accounts to be active as *default*, immediately upon 
sign-up, so they don't have to wait for an administrator to approve them?

Hi! Of course, not rushing this free and gracious modification. I simply wonder 
if you're able to provide at least a loose estimate for when it might be 
completed?

I only wonder if the timing will allow us to launch our site redesign with 
ProjectSend functionality as planned, or if I should revert back to the old 
file handling way for now. :)
