This is Hospital Management Project also can called as Patient Management System. In this project have many modules like Admin, Doctor, Receiptionist and Patient. Each modules have their diffierent functionality. In Admin: Admin panel have all information about hospital staff and patient details. For admin panel he need to approve user for doctor and receiptionist. After approved user can able to login in his accounts. In doctor: Doctor can approved patient appointment on his specific date. We can also write prescription for patient. Also doctor can manage his profile other things. In Receiptionist: Receiptionist can make a patient as a new user and make appointment for register patient. Receiptionist can also approved appointment for patient. For patient: Patient can register him or by receiptionist into portal. after registration he can make a appointment to specific doctor he want to make a appointment. He can track appointment status by login into his account by checking status is approved or not. He can also download/ print his prescription any and anywhere by login into his account.

1-how add file number(medical record number)in registration of every patient and qr code

2-appointment by date but not time every doctor must have time slots by hours and check available slot ok do appointment if not no
3-how make examination page in doctor dashboard for history/signs/vital/diagnosis/photo of body and draw on sites of disease on skin/order laboratory request tests with autocomplete search/autocomplete search input multiple medicines in prescription
4-medical reports-leaves-refer letters
5-add multiple file attachment for every patient
6-messages between user text and files
7-import medicines or lab tests as excel or cvs
8- make backup db from frontend and button to restore
9-add buttons for pervilages permissions as list
