Feat: Apply the design to the food filter drawer

Overview

This PR applies the Figma design to the food filter drawer, including a small refactoring around the filter drawer.

Applied the Figma design to the food filter drawer
Added the red dot at the top right corner of the filter button
Moved @/components/base/* to @/components/*
Created the src/components/parts/LabeledInput.tsx component
Adjusted UI of the Drawer component, including the close icon and the padding-bottom
Added size to the Icon component
Adjusted the size of each caret icon
Updated src/const/foodCategory.ts
Created createContainerIdGroupIdMap() in src/features/foods/utils/containerMapping.ts
Fixed the emoji size in the category selection drawer
