Feature: Implement CREATE & UPDATE food functionalities

Overview

This PR implements the CRATE & UPDATE food functionalities.

Changes

• Installed the npm package result-ts-type that @hitohata created, and utilized it for actions and API client.
• Created submit handlers in the actions.ts and added unit test
• Added alert(), which should be replaced with the toast
• Validations might not be perfectly refined
• Refactored the request function for each client/server components to be able to handle empty a response body, for example, in case the status code is 204
• Refactored the unit test code for the request function for each client/server components

Review points

• Please point out everything you think could be easier to read.
• I did not change any UI, so please focus your review on:
  • The functionality (whether or not the API calls are working)
  • Readability of the code

• Added a unit test for the container's API client.
• Added a unit test for the food's actions.
• Updated the request function for the server. *Please note that I had only made modifications to the one for the client in the previous state.
• Updated the unit test for the request functions for both client and server.
