Description

The task is to improve the README.md file as much as possible by refining its content and structure.

Criteria

[x] Write a brief description of Nishiki
Add a link to the production (Moved to #314)
[x] Add screen captures of the product
[x] Add the app logo with typography
[x] Add a section that references the backend and document repositories
[x] Add a link to the discussion page
[x] Make the author list links
