• How much independent action vs working off a provided list is expected?
• Can I contribute to FOSS projects? Are there any approvals needed?
• Can I give talks at conferences/meetups like PyCon?
• What are the working hours?
• Is remote work allowed?
• How do you get promotions?
• Why aren't you going for a PhD?
