The machine at the bottom of your consciousness is a strange loop.
Your brain and nervous system have a tight feedback loop. (experience it in meditation)
Normally our attention to the body is external, like where are my hands.
Physical sensation provided to our awareness by the nervous system are mostly ignored.
Anapana: Focus on one thing
The goal is to avoid reacting to unpleasant sensations with aversion and to avoid reacting to these newfound pleasant sensations with craving.
