7 months ago See work at nismod/irv-datapkg, particularly reference records.csv for national extracts of many of the global open datasets, available on Zenodo.
User may want to overlay or join additional datasets.
Feature ideas: download or access COGs, vector files directly / expose and document WMTS for embedding / push redistributable data into other services (Zenodo, GEE, ...)
