46 about page improvements #56

Additional items from Issue #41. Component refactoring with minor style updates.

Goals:

Use reusable components to allowed for style updates
Remove dependency of global css (as per README)
Use container-derived spacing (flex gap where MUI allows, else padding/margins)
Use MUI components to allow for theme-based styling
Maintain/add semantic elements where possible
Open links in external tabs
Clearer delineation between text sections
Add bottom padding to pages
