Add selected feature ID to the page URL #143

When you select a feature on the map, add the feature ID to the page URL, so that you can share a link with the feature sidebar selected and open.

Right now, you can share a link with selected layers preserved, but any selected feature is lost.

149 added infrastructure asset IDs to the page URL eg. selectedassets=elec_nodes_substation.1100010048.
