Feature/run with smif #7

[Closes #6 ]

Adds HYDROGEN and HYBRID to scenario data for smif to overwrite energyUnitCosts.csv without causing errors.

Also adds a big try/catch around the App.main method and simplifies the maven build process (mvn clean install is the command, which should feel a bit more conventional).
