Symbol layer and Animated.CircleLayer using to show point and icon misplaced from location #1676

Symbol layer and circle layer are missing place from the location point and it is not showing up on the exact location whenever zoom in & zoom out is happening.

Please help this to fix the issue asap. map1 map2
