ac turned off #14

Dear all,

when changing the fan speed, it closes the ac unit for some reason

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

You need to make sure that you're not changing the fan speed of the fan accessory, which turns the AC Mode to FAN. You need to change the fan speed inside the thermostat accessory settings.
