Could you explain how to monetize the resume db access? Are employees searching by profession/skills/years of experience/location/education?
If this is not the case, I have a suggestion. A simple search could give employees all the CVs/Resumes that have their search criteria. But the name/phone number/address and other personal information shouldn't be publicly visible and the employee should request access to this information. Meanwhile, the owner of the CV will receive an email with the request and information about the employee.
