Need a wiki page for each operator #4

We should really create a wiki page with a simple example of each operator
as we implement it.

It would be great if the wiki pages could be automatically generated through
<example> tags in the XML doc summaries of each operator. That way, there is
one
place to maintain the stuff.

I think it would be good to include the documentation that's in the code, but
I'd
like room for more than that. XML documentation is okay for a quick reference,
but I
don't think it's a good place to discuss motivation, applications etc. In
particular
the docs in the code files would quickly overwhelm the actual code - and you're
limited in presentation format as well.

Last time I tried to install Sandcastle I failed dismally, but we could
certainly
give it another go.

Is there any help or working example?
