Loading failure: Form properties failed to load

Not sure what the problem is here, but it's somehow related to the Canvas.  
Screen shot attached of the error message.  All I did was add a canvas to a 
project and this error was thrown at me.

It appears that this error is occurring when deleting a canvas as well.  Also, 
when adding a canvas to the project, it does not appear in the blocks editor.

I also received the error upon adding a SoundRecorder to my app.  I'm wondering 
if it's deeper than just a problem with certain components.

I have no canvas or sound recorder attached to my project.  I have a 
significant amount of work stuck in limbo now.

I got this error at the time I tried to make a package for my phone / computer.
What is AI got for if you aren't able to download your work on a phone.

After I clicked on OK I got the error message "Server error performing build"
