ListPicker list screen is black - allow color

In my app the screen1 background and text color are default. this ends up being 
a white background with black text. When I tap the listpicker, the list screen 
that opens is black background with white text. I would like to see them both 
the same; white background, black text. Or, better yet, be able to select the 
background and text colors for the list picker list screen (not only for the 
button).

As well as background and text colours it would be good to be able to set other 
Font attributes: Bold, Italic, Size and Typeface; for list items.  Being able 
to set list width & element height together with how much of the screen height 
to use for the list would, I believe, improve the user experience.  If the pick 
list didn't necessarily occupy the whole screen would allow buttons to be shown 
on the rest of the screen (such as Cancel - rather than letting the user guess 
that Esc or the Back button might work).

It should be possible to use different colors for the background, but more 
important would be to have the ability to colorize different rows depending on 
content. i.e you could have a color for "headnings" a color for basic data....a 
new heading three rows down...etc...etc..
