Unable to add media. Display does not show browse portion can only MOVE SCROLLBAR and select OK or CANCEL

Use this space to describe the issue in detail. Be sure to include:
- Steps to reproduce the problem.

Attach any material you think would be relevant to diagnosing the problem,

-  The source of your app: use "download to computer" to get the source zip
file
-  A screen shot

Don't forget to mention which device you have, and which version of Android
is installed on it.  (Find it under Home > Menu > Settings > About
phone.)Please also tell us what Operating System your computer is running
and what browser you were using to access App Inventor.

Could you let us know: Which browser and operating system are you using?
What is the screen size of your machine?
What exactly are you doing when you get this?  That is, you are apparently 
trying to upload some media from you computer.  What component are you trying 
to add it to?  It would help if you could attach the source file.
