In Properties column/Design screen #2015

In this space, please describe the feature or enhancement you would like to
see for App Inventor.   Be as specific as you can.

When adding an image/icon, the present choice has an ADD line and under it are 
choices, Cancel and OK

Can they be switched so that CANCEL and OK are on the top line, and ADD is 
below that.

Add is what most would select first, and that brings one to the file where the 
asset might be(a search box)on your computer.
However, if you are as oriented as I want students to be, they should already 
have these assets in the section under Media under components.
