Texting SendMessage not working #2032

I have a simple block for a button click.  Clicking the button is to send a 
text.

It sets PhoneNumber to a text 10-digit phone number.  It sets Message to 
"Hello."  then it performs SendMessage.

After loading the app into my phone, running it, and clicking the button, the 
message is not received by the 10-digit phone number in the code block.

Running the app on LG Optimus V (software version VM670ZV9)running with Android 
version 2.2.2.  Computer OS is Windows XP.  Browser is Chrome.

Never mind.  Looks like Sprint had an outage while I was testing.

Hello. I have the same issue. I was able to receive a message but couldn't 
reply back using the sendmessage block. What could be the problem?
