Support for generating apps with user interfaces using Ice Cream Sandwich 
features, look and interaction on devices running Android 4+.

I mean that, on devices with Android Ice Cream Sandwich or later, user 
interface elements (e.g. buttons, text fields, switches and so on) of App 
Inventor apps should look and behave as described in the official Android 
design guidelines:

http://developer.android.com/design

Such user interface elements currently have the look and feel of Android 2.x 
also on devices with Android 4.x or later.
