Page never finishes loading - tried multiple times; everything else (other Explorer instances) working

I'm totally new to App Inventor, but had checked it out last year and finally 
gotten back today.  I'm working at the Tustin branch of the Orange County 
library now using Explorer - they don't allow us to know which version.  

But, I found your start page and rediscovered my Google account so that I could 
procede to the actual start of your App Inventor section*. Everything appeared 
to be fine, except that the loading never stopped and when I tried to go back 
to the origin page, I got a server error. I haven't been able to replicate the 
server error, but that first time I had lots of other jobs going and just let 
it load for 20 minutes or so.  Meanwhile, on a dozen attempts, it never stops 
loading.

My guess is that something on this end internal to the library network might be 
the problem.  This is not a hi-speed connection - e.g.,  youtube videos take a 
lot of patience.  Also, they just installed new porn filters.  However, usually 
I have no problem, apart from slow access to large content.  If it's just 
bandwidth issues then this may be a wider problem, as the same system runs in 
the schools across Orange County, so the students would be similarly impacted, 
undercutting the rational for the whole App Inventor project.
