The blocks editor will not open

Hello,
Im running on windows 7 and i have the correct java files with a fresh install 
and neither chrome, firefox, or IE (that are all fresh new versions) will not 
open the blocks editor.
I suspected since the MIT version is in beta that it was them but im not sure.
My taskmanager keeps getting a process for javaw*32.exe which i know isnt 
anything but the blocks editor. They never load anything just take  0% CPU 
power and sit at about 50k memory. I have tried adding more ram to java but it 
just simply won't load.

Hello mchldayan,

Did you download the installer from 
http://beta.appinventor.mit.edu/learn/setup/setupwindows.html and install it? 
It might solve the problem.
