Text to Speech doesn't work if the application is installed on mobile #2114

Please, ignore issue 1123.

If I run my application from 'block editor' (the mobile connected to the PC) , 
the 'text to speech' works, but the application doesn't work if it is packaged 
and installed on mobile.

samsung galaxy mini 2.2.1
appinventor Version: 125 Id: 4fbee9e4023c
firefox 6.0

Can you please provide a set of steps on how to reproduce this problem, or even 
better, the zip file of the app that is causing the problem?
