Time as a variable #2147

It would be nice if under some sort of tab a "time" variable could be accessed. 

EX: I could set a variable to be 'Text (something like filename_'+'Time', OR I 
could check if it is day or night by something similar to: if 'time' >= 12 
'variable (something like PM)= 1
