Animated gif #2152

Hi, App Inventor in the Screen Editor support the animated gifs (I show them 
moving), but when I compile the app and I try it in the phone, I don't see the 
images moving.....

Hi barcaroandrea,

I don't believe that Android supports GIF animation. In the meantime you can 
create your own anumation loops with a list of images and a timer.

You can use animated gifs through the web viewer. Please search the forums for 
more information.
