ImageSprite resizes only when Rotates is unchecked #2153

The steps - 
Add ImageSprite with Rotates checked (by default).
Specify its width and height.
Now add a backgroundImage.

Problem- 
The backgroundImage resizes to fit the width and height of ImageSprite only 
when Rotates is unchecked.

OS: 4.0.4
AppInventor Version: 125
