I think there would be a powerful advantage to making the app inventor able to 
operate within the device its self.

I shouldn't need a PC to make an app, the device would be more powerful if I 
could customize it at will by making apps anytime anywhere.  

Some people have good app ideas but a computer is out of their price range, but 
they can afford android device. You have the power to help them.

Making this work on the phone is a large development effort, that we make take 
on some day (more likely with a tablet).   But we're not able to do that now.
