Hebrew support for the blocks editor #2178

I really need it because when I'm trying to rename a text block that including 
Hebrew the editor just crushing :(

Hello Daniel,

The blocks editor is supposed to support multiple language types. Which 
operating system, browser, and version of Java are you running? If I know all 
of that, I can attempt to recreate the problem and work through it from there.
