blocks editor #2180

it would be very nice if blocks editor would open. the file is easy to 
download, but apparently running it is a big problem. my computer is already on 
for 2 days and it is still "starting blocks editor". I tried it multiple times 
already...

Hello gkluivers,

It sounds like you are having difficulty starting the blocks editor. What 
operating system are you using on your computer? Also, which web browser are 
you using?

Lastly, check to make sure you are running java6 and not java7. While some 
people have made app inventor work in java7, all of our testing happens under 
java6.
