***.TextColor block - Light Gray on Light Gray: Not Readable #2181

To reproduce:

Assign a Color Block (except 'Light Gray') to a ...what ever: a 
"MyText.TextColor" block.

Assuming the color is Black, now change it to Light Gray via the block's 
drop-down selection... Color Block text is now UNREADABLE due to text color 
matching background color (Light Gray on Light Gray.)

IF you copy/paste the block, the foreground color returns to Black and is 
readable again.

Also if you choose cyan color and change it to black the blocks background 
changes to black but the text is also black not changing to white. The bug lies 
in the background color of a color block is changing but the text saying: 
"color black" for example does not change to a negated color.
