No installation possible after uploading and publishing the package from Google Play Android Developer Console #2182

Hallo,
first of all: it is a great tool for the development an app.
After completion the development of the app I downloaded the package on my PC 
and on my Smartphone Samsung Galaxy GT-S5360 and it works wonderful.
But after completion the publishing process using Google Play Android Developer 
Console to publish the app for the Google Play App Store the message is 
displayed (I try an english translation of german text "Diese App ist mit 
keinem Ihrer Geräte kompatibel"): "This app is incompatible with your devices".
What can I do please? Any setting wrong? What information do you need to 
analyze the problem?
