ActivityStarter works phone connected, but not when the app has been packaged

Hi!

I was hooping you could help me out with this one. I have set up a 
Notifier.ShowChooseDialog. One button is cancel, and the other button is set up 
to open a link in the device browser through ActivityStarter 
(android.intent.action.VIEW). Everything works well when the phone is connected 
through the Blocks Editor. The problem is that when I package the app the 
button doesn't do anything but closes the dialog box. I've tried repackaging, 
packaging directly to the phone, as a download file, and QR code but the 
problem persist. I've tried the app on several different devices as well, but I 
still have the same problem. Screenshots attached.
