new Google Fusion table API #2188

there is now a new fusion tables API, which means, the existing fusion table 
control blocks inside AI will stop working end of 2012.
That functionality needs to be updated therefore.

The API changes affect the authentication mechanism in the Fusion tables 
component. This is being changed at the moment. Apps using this component will 
have to be updated when the new one is released. More info soon!

I am REALLY looking forward to this update as I am about to embark on 
considerable Fusion Table dev and it seems a bit of a waste of time at the 
moment.
