Make sure you are running java6 and not java7. The blocks editor only works
with java6.

Hello CSouth763,
We have made no changes to the blocks editor. What operating system and browser
are you using? You may see a popup window asking you to allow the blocks editor
to run. Make sure to click "allow."
It could be that your browser is blocking popups, and you never get to see the
permissions message. Also, as manyharts said, we currently support Java6. I've
seen it work with Java7, but we have tested everything on Java6.
If none of this helps, let me know so we can troubleshoot further.
Thank you.

Hi.
Thank you both for your help. I told Java to use 1.6 and unticked 1.7 and it's
working again, although strangely it still tells me it's Java 7 when loading,
but as it's working I'm not going to look too deeply into that :-)
Thanks again.

I used Java v.7 for over a week. It ran Notepad app test and I did the
PurrKitty and PaintPot tutorials ok on Win-7 laptop w 4 GB mem. The Notepad
test app would run on XP sp3 w 2 GB mem (after saying ok when prompted) but the
Blocks editor DOES NOT WORK on XP (Neither in IE8 or Firefox, admin user or
non-admin).
ALL DAY TODAY BLOCKS EDITOR DOES NOT RUN ON WIN-7 LAPTOP EITHER!!!
what's up????

Hi gshogie,
Can you describe the problem more in detail please? I can't duplicate the issue
you have experienced. Can you try again? If you still have the same issue, can
you provide the info in the java console?
Regards,
Wei
