SoundRecorder enhancment VU-meter #2198

Need a method to measure the amplitude of the micrphone (e.i. VU-meter). Should 
run
 without consuming memory like the normal SoundRecord.Start method does.  Amplitude should be a readable Variable so I could give it to other Objects/Methods.
