Better twitter support #2207

In this space, please describe the feature or enhancement you would like to
see for App Inventor.   Be as specific as you can.

Ability to reply to mentions, and ability to have friends names pop up when you 
start to mention them.

When using the built in get mentions block on app inventor it just displays 
text. nothing you can do with it but read it. App inventor should add feature 
that allows the user to click the tweet and reply to it. 

The other feature is just when u type the "@" sign a list of your people you 
follow should pop up to pick from.
