Cant get the webpage to show the blocks editor is open. #2210

when I click open the blocks editor to download my app to my HTC Legend on 
droid 2.2,the webpage says "open the blocks editor" aprox. 1 min after initally 
opening when I try to connect. It only happens from time to time and I hope 
that the people in charge fix this.
