All the Blocks of my application cant be loaded any more due to an error that appeared after using the "Organize all blocks" commands

All the Blocks of my application cant be loaded any longer due to an error that 
appear after using the "Organize all blocks" commands

Please, find the error message in the attached screen capture

Could you let me know what I should do to be able to recover the blocks so I 
can reuse them (I cant imagine having to rebuild all those blocks in a blank 
new app !!!)
