Touch screen gestures #499

Perhaps I am missing something, but I would like to the user to be able to use 
gestures on the touch screen.  For example, the ability to detect a finger drag 
to the left, right, up or down.  Also the two finger enlarge gesture would be 
good to support.   Other existing apps have these gestures supported, and I 
think the user would expect them to be supported in apps developed with app 
inventor as well.
