Re-arrange components using the component tree #637

If you have nested Screen Arrangement Components it becomes very difficult to 
precisely place a new component or rearrange components.

It would be much easier if you could simply move them around by clicking on the 
node in the component tree and dragging it where you want it.

Use Photoshop's handling of nested groups of layers as inspiration.

Just today I was trying to build a GPS location ring mode app, and had the need 
a to move a 3 layer arrangement around.

this would be a godsend.  How about dragging components right to the tree as 
well?
