This block will act like tinydbweb such that the app can draw values in google

Smartphones are great for data capturing via forms, barcode scanning etc.
The ability to save data to a spreadsheet in Google Docs will open a world of
new posibilities. New data in the spreadsheet will trigger an event and script
will perform almost any server-code you like.
Combining the strength of Google Docs / Google Apps and App Inventor can be
used to make really professional client-server applications.

This would be ideal as it means that at the very least it gives an extra method
for expoting data and increases the possibilities of linked up working - update
the app in the field and then automaticaly send it to the spreadsheet for later
work.

This would be such a great addition. I have struggled for days to find a way to
write to a spreadsheet cell without any joy. I built a Google spreadsheet to
scrape data and then found there was no easy way for me to update the url in
the spreadsheet. I then looked at Fusion Tables because of the easier r/w
functionality from app inventor only to find there is no data scraping
capability!!
Surely by working with the Google Docs guys it would be simple to pass the
parameters via a formatted url or similar???
