New App Icon - not showing in Application management #678

Using new update dated Mon Nov 8 2010, new App Icon feature works as expected 
showing app's icon on the Launcher and desktop.

However, when I go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications (on the 
phone), the icon shown is the standard App Inventor icon, not the one defined 
in the project.

Reproduction:
1. Open an AI project in the editor. 
2. Upload a 48x48 PNG image file.
3. For the Screen1 object, set the icon property to the image you just uploaded.
4. Save project.
5. Package to phone and install.
6. verify icon shown properly on Launcher and phone desktop.
7. Tap Settings, then Applications, then Manage Applications.
8. Observe that App's icon in this list is not the new one, but rather the 
standard AI icon.

Add'l:
My hardware: Moto Droid with Froyo (Verizon contaminated).
Another poster verified this bug on his Nexus One.

This issue also occurs when viewing the .apk using a file manager (eg. Astro), 
or installing or uninstalling. In all 3 cases you see the smaller, default AI 
icon.

I confirm that the icon didn't work for me, nor upload the apk to market, it 
gives the error no icon.

@woransa this has nothing to do with publishing, even with the icon issue 
fixed, publish apps to market is a sepparate issue that maybe in a close future 
will be implemented.

I am having the same issue. App icon does not install and apk file is coming up 
on Mac as a "document" file not an "exec" file. This issue happens on already 
existing apps I have created that worked and then republished. Please help!
