Enhancement Request : Block Editor #913

Hi,

Once we open the 'Block Editor' from the App Inventor site, the button is 
grayed out saying 'Block Editor is open', instead why don't we have a couple of 
buttons one 'Reopen Block Editor' (will require this often when either the 
emulator or phone is not correctly recognized by block editor) and two 'Close 
Block Editor' (will require this if we want to chuck out the block editor 
completely including the emulator), this will save a bit of time.
