Please provide access to Android's GridView widget, this had been in the 
Android SDK since version 1, AppInventor needs this before developers can 
rapidly create data centric applications.

A grid control needs to be in the app inventor.  Pretty please!

Just had to put in 60 individual labels and all the god-aweful serial code to 
index through them just to get around the absence of this component. Would have 
saved me several hours of programming.

Agreed!  A selectable list component has to be included in this product
before it can be seriously considered for any business productivity
applications.

Yeah, GridView or link ListView for when scrolldown one, and have more than one 
in the same screen, all ListView scrolldown at the same time.... For visualize 
múltiple list in the same screen

It would be great if it could set its Elements from a 
FusiontablesControl.GotResult result, via list from csv table.  And not leave 
you with all the parentheses around every row and field.
